Sharing & public links

Send files to a client

1. Open the folder you want to share and press Share → Create share link.
2. Choose what the client may do: view only, download the web version, or download originals.
3. Copy the link and send it — the client needs no Nivlo account.

You can also share individual files: select them and choose Share to generate a link for just those files.

Receive files from a client

1. In the same Share menu choose Create upload link.
2. Send the link to your client — they get a simple upload page and their files land straight in your folder.
3. Follow the folder (Follow button) to get notified when files arrive.

What recipients see

Visitors get a clean public page with the shared content and only the download options you allowed. They never see your other folders or sections.

Keep links under control

All links you created are listed on the Links page (Company menu → Links, or View Links on the Folders page), in two tabs: shared links and upload links. Copy, edit or delete them anytime — a deleted link stops working immediately.
