I can’t see a folder my colleague is talking about

Folders live in sections, and you only see the sections you have been given access to. Ask your administrator to add you to the right section (Company → Sections → Users, or in your user dialog).

I can’t add users

Users must be assigned a role when they are added, so at least one role has to exist first. Create one under Company → Users → New role, then invite the user.

If a link was deleted from the Links page, it stops working immediately — create a new one and resend it. Check Company menu → Links to see all active share and upload links.

My client can only view, not download

Each share link has its own permissions: view only, download web version, or download originals. Edit the link on the Links page, or create a new one with the right option.

I deleted a file by accident

Nothing is destroyed on delete. Go to All Files, set the status filter to Discarded, select the file and press Restore — it returns to its original place.

Is the same file in two folders a duplicate?

No. Add to folder links one and the same file into several folders — it exists once on disk, and edits and tags stay shared. Only Copy to folder creates an independent duplicate.

What is the difference between Web and Original?

The web version is optimized and lighter, and carries the folder watermark if one is enabled — ideal for previews and drafts. The original is the untouched file at full quality.

Does the watermark appear on downloaded originals?

No. The watermark is applied to web previews and web versions only. Originals are always delivered untouched.

That is by design. Upload new version keeps the file’s identity, links and history while replacing the content — everyone holding a link sees the latest version.

How do I stop notifications from a folder?

Press Unfollow on the folder. You can also adjust preferences from the notifications panel settings.

How do I free up storage space?

Deleted items still occupy space until removed for good. In All Files, filter by Discarded and use Permanent delete on items you are sure about. This cannot be undone.
