AI assistant

What it can do

The chat assistant (bottom-right button) understands your library. Ask it in plain language to find files, list folder contents, create folders, manage links and more — it performs the same actions you could do by hand.

Transparency

Everything the assistant does is visible: its actions show up in the interface and in the activity logs, exactly as if a teammate had done them.

Activity logs

Company menu → Activity logs records who did what and when: uploads, downloads, shares, edits, deletions and more — useful for auditing and handover.

Notifications

The bell in the top bar collects your notifications, such as updates in folders you follow. Notification preferences can be adjusted from the notifications panel settings.
