The new release makes it easier to organise files immediately after upload and simplifies account recovery with help from an administrator.

Tag files immediately after upload

After an authenticated upload, Nivlo keeps the exact list of files that were added and displays a completion panel.

How it works

1. Upload files directly into the folder you want.
2. When the upload finishes, the panel shows how many files were added and whether any could not be uploaded.
3. Choose Add tags or Edit tags to tag the entire batch.
4. Use the Last upload filter to see only the newly added files, then choose Show all files to return to the full folder.

Tagging the batch does not replace the global selection you may be using for other actions. The feature is available for uploads made from a signed-in account; public-link uploads remain unchanged.

Impact: you can organise a new batch immediately, even inside a folder that already contains hundreds of assets, without manually finding the files you just uploaded.

Administrator-assisted password reset

Authorised administrators can initiate a password reset for a user. The next time that person uses the platform, a dedicated window asks them to choose their own new password. If they cannot make the change immediately, they can still sign out.

Impact: access can be recovered faster while the final password remains the user’s choice.

Improvements and fixes

• File and folder grids remain stable when content changes while the page is open.
• Selections are cleared when the context panel closes, preventing invisible actions from remaining active in the background.
• Adding a tag to a mixed selection updates every affected file immediately and correctly reuses existing tags.
• Live notifications stay associated with the active workspace.
• The link count shown for a folder matches that folder.
• Automated Trash housekeeping is now more reliable.

Impact: the interface reflects the real content state sooner and behaves more predictably when you work across several companies or with large selections.
